We are definitely ready for a house! I AM anyways!! I want a yard, a garage, and I want to be able to easily get groceries from the car to the house, without breaking my back and without making so many LONG trips! But living in an apartment is Awesome to those potential buyers out there!

And where are you going to find a house that doesn't cost 3.6 billion dollars right now?

I think buying a house right now is probably a good move before prices jump ven more in a few months...if you get Uncle Mark to crunch the numbers for you and figure out how much you have to "play" with when you go house hunting!
That's what I keep telling her...talk to UNCLE MARK! Now she'll probably do it now that someone, other than her always-right older sister, said it.
Don't sell till you find your next dream home... always cautious.... pops
